Gnocchi Mac ‘n Cheese – the traditional and popular recipe is paired with gnocchi and makes this comfort food even better!
I love all things Mac and cheese!
And after trying Gnocchi in Vodka Sauce at a local restaurant,
I fell in love with these little potato dumplings.
I decided to try two of my favorite foods together
and created this Gnocchi Mac ‘n Cheese.
It was hit.
The toasted panko topping really added that extra kick.
I used pre-made gnocchi
cook according to package directions
toast panko in 1 T butter or olive oil
make the cheese sauce and combine with gnocchi
top with toasted panko
