PECAN PIE MUFFINS have that amazing pecan pie flavor but in a chewy little muffin. They’re great for breakfast, snacking, and even dessert!!

Delicious Pecan Pie Muffins
Pecan Pie Muffins are dense and rich. They truly taste very similar to a pecan pie, just fantastic. The have the caramel flavor from the brown sugar the crunch from the pecans making them very satisfying. These muffins have a crusty and chewy outside with a soft, almost brownie-like texture inside.
This recipe makes a very small batch of nine. (I used a standard size muffin tin.) However, they are sweet and very filling.
And, just for your information, the batter is much like a cookie dough! I probably ate the equivalent of one muffin in the batter! #oops

have made the pecan pie muffins for my husband who LOVES pecan pie. he said forget the pie (thank goodness) and make these muffins instead (YEA). I have made them several times and the ones i baked in silicone type muffin cups (still spray them) have worked the best.

  3. I will try these muffins this week. They do look great. We too just got a new puppy and being especially creative myself….we named it Bailey for Bailey’s Irish Crème because he has the vanilla and tan colors.

  4. How do you Pin these recipes, whenever I try it will not go through, trying for Pecan Pie Bread Pudding

These muffins are so good! However, despite greasing the muffin tins, it was very difficult to get them out in one piece! I did let them cool as instructed. Any advice, Paula?

    1. I use Baker’s Joy non-stick spray and it works pretty good. Otherwise, you might use cupcake liners. I almost always use cupcake liners for muffins because I HATE cleaning a muffin tin. 🙂

I have made these also. They are VERY GOOD! I make them in mini muffin pans and double the recipe. They are a quick bite of something sweet. I would have given 5 stars but they do tend to stick to the pans no matter what you do with them or that has been my experience. Anyway, great dessert!

  7. I used to buy a mix from Homemade Gourmet for mini pecan pie muffins. I think I may have just found the recipe (they are no longer in business). I am so excited!!!

  8. Pecan Pie is my biggest weakness so I can only imagine that I could eat all 6 of these by myself. I'd have to double the batch….LOL

Thanks for retweeting my post on twitter. I appreciate it.

    Have a great night.
