This is one of the best recipes that you’ll find and it’ll satisfy your craving for comfort food. Similar to Twice Baked Potato Casserole, it’s full of flavor with the addition of pimento cheese spread. Creamy, cheesy, satisfaction.

I cooked Yukon gold potatoes and spread a simple mixture of pimento cheese with them. Furthermore, I used Yukon gold potatoes particularly since the skin is thin and they don’t need to be peeled. That’s one less step that I don’t need!

Additionally, I used Velveeta cheese. However, if you don’t like Velveeta you can use all cheddar cheese in your recipe.
