Miles run (as of 9-23): 76.24 (my goal is 100 per month)

Workouts: 19

Calories burned: 6809

Longest run: 8 miles (I’m off my training schedule for Half Marathon)

Cook Time: 1 minute
Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup peaches fresh, frozen or canned in natural juice
  • ¼ cup milk I used unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon flax seed
  • ½ teaspoon chia seed
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 Tablespoon agave nectar or 1 pack Nectresse
  • Optional - 1 scoop vanilla or cake batter flavor protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Process. Add more milk if you like it thinner or less if you want it thicker.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!
