- 2 cups shredded smoked gouda
- 2 cups shredded cheddar/Colby mix
- 4 -ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt optional
- 4 -ounce jar chopped pimentos drained
- Don't use the pre-shredded cheese. I like to shred one cheese or the small side of the grater and the other on the large side.
