My Dreamsicle Martini Recipe is an adult version of the refreshing snack. It has the same creamy, sweet, slightly tart orange flavor, Plus, um, vodka!

I prefer slightly melted vanilla ice cream. Use a good brand that really creamy. Scoop the ice cream into your glass, then layer orange juice, cream soda, and vodka over it. Stir slightly and serve it immediately.

It makes a really pretty presentation served in martini glasses, but if you prefer you can serve it in a rock glass with a straw! And, fun cocktail umbrellas because those little umbrellas always make me feel festive!
