Dream Big and Work Hard!
That has been my motto my whole life.
I got that from my parents who taught me not to expect anything to be handed to me.
They taught me to work hard for things that I wanted.

This Oriental Salad with Sweet & Sour Dressing would be great served with Orange & Jalapeno Marinaded Grilled Flat Iron Steak! This is a healthy and versatile salad. You can also add grilled chicken or steak for an entree’ salad.
