Since Jan 1st, I've cut out wheat and sugar from my diet, and I discovered that I LOVE unsweetened Silk almond milk mixed with unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar sub – better than the Swiss Miss packets I once OD'ed on.
Im stopping by from Friendship Friday.

Mmmm. Looks nummy! I've made a similar recipe before and it got me hooked on steel cut oats!

I've been eating slow cooked steel cut oats for awhile. I chop up apples and use agave nectar and cinnamon in it, then cook it overnight. I have been adding a little brown sugar when I put it into my bowl, but I really need to stop doing that! 😉 I really look forward to having breakfast every morning!
