Pour into a 9 inch round or square pan that has been sprayed with non-stick oil.
Bake at 350 degrees F 25 minutes for a softer blondie, 30 minutes for a more crisp texture. Cool on a wire rack.
For optional drizzle, heat 1/4 cup peanut butter in the microwave 20 to 30 seconds until warm. Stir until smooth. Using a fork, drizzle over blondie. Serve warm or at room temperature.
