dry roasted peanuts
I used unsalted
salt
to taste, if desired
Instructions
Place all peanuts in the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse and blend. It will take about 3 minutes total.
Keep blending, stopping to scrap the sides as needed.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for one month.
