whole berry medley

milk
I use unsweetened almond milk
1/4
cup
part skim ricotta

Tablespoons
rolled oats
1/2
Tablespoon
flax seeds

Tablespoon
agave nectar
1
teaspoon
lemon zest
*optional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
In a blender, add berries, milk, ricotta, oats, flax seeds, agave nectar, and lemon zest (and protein powder if desired).
Pulse until smooth.
Pour into glass and serve.
