1Tablespoonjellyyour favorite flavor (I like strawberry or blackberry best)
Heat a skillet pan on med heat.
Spread softened cream cheese on one side on both slices of bread. Spread jelly over cream cheese on one of the slices.
Make a sandwich and press the edge slightly to seal jelly inside. Spread butter on the outside of bread slices.
Grill about 2 minutes or until bread is golden, turn and toast the other side. Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately.
