General Tso Potstickers is packed with flavor. Potstickers are filled with chicken, quinoa, onions, garlic, and soy sauce then cooked in a sweet, spicy, and tangy sauce with broccoli.
Mix all the dumpling ingredients together in a large bowl: chicken, onion, garlic, quinoa, soy, and black pepper.
Place one tablespoon of this mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Brush a little water around the edges of the wonton wrapper and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
Melt coconut oil in a large saucepan and place potstickers in the oil. Cook on medium-low 3 minutes. Add half a cup of beef stock to the pan, cover, and allow it to cook for five minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients together: rice vinegar, soy, coconut sugar, ginger, garlic, pepper, and conrnstarch.
After the potstickers have steamed in the broth for five minutes, add the rice vinegar sauce and broccoli to the pan, replace the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
