Wash, dry, and prepare your fruit and vegetables. Slice, cube and deseed fruit.
Get your favorite board or large platter and place the burrata cheese in a small container in the middle, or open the burrata and spread it out in a line or in a swirl.
Add rows of meat and fruit, or if you are using a round platter, randomly place fruit in groups and meat around the board. Add asparagus or basil and mint leaves for some different colors.
Place the crackers and nuts around the board.
Drizzle the burrata with olive oil and sprinkle it with pepper or chili powder.
How do I serve? Serve with crackers and let everyone just graze, or have small plates and let everyone dish up and eat with crackers.
