Combine the olive oil, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, onion powder, mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a bowl or ziplock bag.
Add the pork chops and shake. Place in the refrigerator for an hour to marinate for at least an hour.
Heat the grill to medium heat. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side. The internal temp needs to reach 145°.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
Marinating the meat for a longer time willmake it more flavorful, but when short on time, you can do a 15 minutemarinade.
Get the grill nice and hot before placing themeat on the grill. This will help itsear in the moisture.
