Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add shrimps, carrot and green onions. Cook for 3 minutes then add garlic and cilantro. Stir and cook for another minute.
Add noodles with peanut butter, soy sauce and lime juice. Stir. Adjust salt if needed. I used salted peanut butter, I did not have to adjust. Cook for 2 minutes until noodles are hot.
Remove. Garnish with crushed peanut, sesame and cilantro.
