Microwave butter in a microwave-safe cup on high for about 40 seconds or until melted.
Add seasonings to the butter and stir.
Place Bugles in a large bowl and pour 1/2 the butter over them. Toss. Pour the rest of the butter over the Bugles and toss again.
Pour the Bugles onto a sheet pan and spread into a single layer.
Bake at 250° for 15 minutes. Remove them from the oven and stir. Repeat this process every 15 minutes until they have baked for 1 hour. Allow the Bugles to cool completely before storing. Store in airtight containers on the countertop.
