Honey Beer Chicken Kabobs are a must-try for any barbecue enthusiast with their mouthwatering combination of flavors and easy preparation, they're sure to become a staple on your menu rotation.
1 and ½pounds (680 g)chicken breastskinless, boneless or thighs
½cup (4.22 fl.oz | 125 ml)beer of choice
¾cup (7.97 oz | 226 g)BBQ saucestore bought
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoonhoney
1teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Cut chicken in bite-size chunks and place in a bowl. Pour ¼ cup of the beer on the chicken and marinade for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, combine beer, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, honey and garlic powder. Stir to combine. Take half of the BBQ sauce and reserve for serving.
Arrange chicken on skewers and brush all sides.
Set your grill or grill pan. Grill the skewers for about 4 minutes on one side then flip. Grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
