Baked Sausage Pepperoni Pasta Casserole

Italian Sausage

cups
seasoned tomato sauce
like this
or spaghetti sauce
12
ounces
pasta
I used penne (
like this
) but you can use any shape
4
ounces
pepperoni
sliced, I just used about half the 7 oz package

cups
mozzarella
shredded
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions to the al denta stage. Drain.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, cook sausage until it's no longer pink. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks. Remove to a paper towel-lined platter to drain.
Combine tomato sauce, pasta, sausage, and pepperoni.
Spray a 9x13 with Pam 99% Less Residue Cooking spray
Pour pasta into casserole dish.
Top pasta with mozzarella cheese.
Place in oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
You can use
Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce
or store-bought tomato sauce.
