Shrimp Po’ Boy

  • Hoagie rolls
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • Lettuce shredded
  • Tomato sliced
  • Emeril's Essence
  • remoulade Sauce


  • Toast rolls and spread remoulade sauce on both sides of roll. Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, (at this point you may add pickles, peppers, etc to sandwich) then top with shrimp. Place top half of hoagie roll on and enjoy!
