Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix
A delicious homemade ranch dressing mix.
Servings 2 cups
- 1 cup powdered milk or powdered buttermilk
- ⅓ cup dried parsley
- ¼ cup onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt optional
Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in a dark, cool place for up to 6 months.
3 tablespoons of this mix = 1 packet of store-bought seasoning mix
To make salad dressing: Combine 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix with 1 cup mayonnaise, sour cream, or Greek yogurt and 1 cup milk. Whisk to blend. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
