  • 1 cup powdered milk or powdered buttermilk
  • cup dried parsley
  • ¼ cup onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional


  • Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in a dark, cool place for up to 6 months.
  • 3 tablespoons of this mix = 1 packet of store-bought seasoning mix
  • To make salad dressing: Combine 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix with 1 cup mayonnaise, sour cream, or Greek yogurt and 1 cup milk. Whisk to blend. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
