Season each side with salt, pepper and chili powder.
Fill each of them with bell pepper, carrots and green beans.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Heat a non-stick skillet on medium high heat. Sear the rolled chicken on each side until nicely browned. It will take about 5-7 minutes. Turn heat to medium and pour honey garlic sauce in it.
Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour in the skillet on chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken.
If the chicken breasts (or chicken rolls) are thick and/or you like the vegetables more tender, you may want to bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 375℉.
Garnish with green onions. Serve plain or over rice.
