The chicken breasts seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, and a hint of chili powder create a savory base for the rollups. As they cook, the spices infuse the chicken with a subtle warmth. The addition of red bell pepper, carrots, and green beans not only adds a delightful crunch and freshness to the dish.

In my opinion, the star of the show is the honey garlic sauce that coats the chicken and vegetables. The combination of honey, garlic, and soy sauce creates a luscious glaze that elevates the overall taste. The blend of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors perfectly complements the tender chicken and crisp vegetables.

Furthermore, the sauce is versatile and pairs perfectly with chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables. Give it a try in more recipes than these rollups.

  1. I am slightly confused… info at top says cook in oven, then recipe itself says cook on stovetop…looks yummy, but which is the correct way to cook roll-ups…..thanks so much

    1. Apologies, that wasn’t very clear. I updated it. After searing the chicken rolls on the stovetop, I put in the oven to finish cooking and soften the vegetables.
