Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pound pork chops 4 boneless chops about 1" thick
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine the panko bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

  • Place the pork chops in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise and stir until the pork is coated with the mayo. Season the chops then coat in the panko parmesan mixture.
