If you think ice cream is good in waffle cones, then you’ll flip over cheesecake in waffle cones! Yes, cheesecake!!

I’m not sure who started cheesecake cones, maybe it’s a TikTok thing, but they’re so good!

Plus, they’re great for kids and parties. Kids LOVE foods they can get their hands all in. 😄It would actually be big fun for the kids to make their own as a party activity.

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE WAFFLE CONES

I used sugar cones and filled them with a no-bake cheesecake mixture. It’s made from pudding and cream cheese and is so creamy and luscious!

You can top it with fruit, cereal, nuts, chocolate chips, or chocolate sauce.

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR SUCCESS

  1. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 2 days. If possible, wait to fill the cones until just before serving so they don’t become soggy. While these can get soggy if made too far ahead of time you can prep the cheesecake mixture up to 2 days ahead of time and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  2. As well, you can substitute the strawberries for raspberries or blueberries.
  3. I love the look of the cones but you can also use waffle cone bowls.
  4. You can add some fresh lemon juice or zest to the cheesecake mixture for a stronger lemon flavor.
  5. Also, you can change up the flavor by changing the pudding.
