Easy Breakfast Ham and Cheese Pizza

Let's have pizza for breakfast! Easy Breakfast Ham and Cheese Pizza has fluffy eggs, cheese, ham baked into a thick and chewy store-bought crust!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounce prebaked pizza crust*
  • 2 cup shredded muenster cheese or any cheese of your choice
  • 1 cup diced, cooked ham
  • 3 Roma tomatoes diced (I remove seeds and pat dry with a paper towel)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup half and half, whipping cream, or whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place pizza crust ona greased pizza pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of the grated cheese over crust.
  2. Top with ham and tomato.
  3. In a bowl, combine eggs, half and half and seasonings. Whisk
  4. Slowly pour egg mixture into center of crust. It will spread out naturally.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until egg mixture is set.

Recipe Notes

*If you are not using a pre-baked crust, roll out your dough and make sure the edge is taller than the center. You'll want to do this because the egg and milk mixture will run off the dough if you don't. Adjust cooking 8 to 10 minutes to allow dough to cook through.
