#PillsburyBiscuits Grands Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  • 1 can 16.3 oz Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil8 slices 2⁄3 oz each American Cheese slices or cheddar cheese sliced thin


  1. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press each biscuit flat to form 5½-inch round.2.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over low to medium heat until hot.
  3. Add biscuit rounds, as many as will fit in pan with room to flip; cook 3 minutes.
  4. Turn biscuit over and cook about 3 minutes longer or until light golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet.
  6. Place 2 slices of cheese on each of 4 biscuit rounds and top with remaining
  7. biscuit rounds in sandwich form.
  8. Return to skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Turn; cook about 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot.
