Combine all scallop ingredients and whisk. Chill until needed.
Pre heat grill or grill pan to high. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel then lightly salt and pepper. Grill 2 to 3 minutes then turn. Grill on second side 2 to 3 additional minutes add teriyaki sauce the last minute. Serve plain or over rice with Pineapple Mango Relish.
For Relish
Combine all relish ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Serve over Teriyaki Scallops
