To make Hot Cocoa: Add 3 Tablespoons of mix per 8 oz whole milk. Put mix and milk in saucepan and simmer whisking constantly to avoid scorching. Heat about 2 minutes, do not allow to come to boil. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract if desired. Ladle into mugs and top with marshmallows.

This is the ratio, make this as many times as you need to fill your jar. For a pint jar, I made this twice.
