Simply Chicken Quiche

Simply Chicken Quiche an easy quiche recipe with chicken only and no veggies.

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 large chicken breasts about 2.5 cups boiled, cooled, and shredded
  • 3 large egg beaten
  • 1 and 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon self-rising flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups or more, if desired shredded cheddar cheese


  1. On a cookie sheet or sheet tray, bake pie crust at 375 degrees F for 6 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and fill with chicken.
  3. Stir together the egg, flour, and whipping cream.
  4. Pour cream mixture over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over if desired.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to stand about 20 minutes before cutting. If it's cute before it sets the mixture will not come out in a pretty and solid piece. 
  9. Refrigerate leftover, covered for 2 days.
