Sausage Balls with Bisquick Baking Mix
Sausage Balls with Bisquick, a two-bite biscuit that's great for breakfast or snack.Sausage balls are the ideal food for parties, after school, or brunches. They're quick and easy to make and can be made early and frozen until you're ready to cook them.
Servings 30 servings
- 1 pound sausage hot pork breakfast
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 and 1/2 cups Baking Mix Bisquick
- 4 to 6 ounces cheddar Colby cheese blend shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Using a spring-release scoop, scoop mixture into balls and place on a baking pan.
