Low-Carb Peach Mascarpone Dessert Flatbread
Low-Carb Peach Mascarpone Dessert Flatbread recipe has delicate slices of peaches on a crisp and flavorful cauliflower crust.
Servings 6 slices
- 8 to 10- inch cauliflower pizza crust
- 1 peach sliced thinly
- 2 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 3 to 4 basil leaves sliced thin
- 1 to 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Place your crust on a pizza pan
Spoon small dollops of mascarpone onto crust.
Arrange peaches over crust.
Top evenly with crumbled goat cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 to 14
Remove from oven then sprinkle with salt and basil.
