This recipe makes a wonderful light lunch or healthy snack. And, it only takes minutes to make.

I used a store-bought cauliflower pizza crust as the base for my flatbread. Made with real cauliflower and other paleo-friendly and gluten-free ingredients, this plain pizza crust packs just as much taste as it does vitamins, fiber, and vital nutrients. It’s also dairy-free and non-GMO.

You may want to make your cauliflower pizza crust. This is a basic cauliflower pizza crust recipe. Simply omit the savory Italian seasoning if you’re making the crust for my Low-Carb Peach Mascarpone Dessert Flatbread.

Finally and totally up to you, I think a drizzle of honey finishes off Low-Carb Peach Mascarpone Dessert Flatbread perfectly.

We love the combination of peach and cauliflower crust in this fruit pizza. Everyone can’t get enough of it, the kids love to have this with extra grated cheese on top.

The peach, goat cheese, and mascarpone combination is so flavorful. I’m going to try it on a salad next.

This was absolutely delightful. I used your balsamic reduction which perfectly complimented the combination of flavors.

  4. Was wondering how many carbs in each slice. I am new to this so am nervous

    1. This particular crust has 26g – you can find cauliflower crust with less. The peach has 14g so a total for the whole pizza (10-inch) is 40g.
