Pistachio and Feta Stuffed Strawberries

Pistachio and Feta Stuffed Strawberries is easy and elegant for entertaining. With three simple ingredients, it's easy to make too!

Ingredients

  • 12-14 large strawberries
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Cut the very tip off so that the strawberries will stand up. Then, hull the strawberries.

  2. Using a small spoon, fill the strawberry cavity with goat cheese. Top with chopped pistachios.

  3. Serve. 

  4. Store in the refrigerator if not serving immediately. You can store in the refrigerator up to 12 hours before serving.
