Take cooked, shredded or cubed chicken and mix it with 2 to 3 tablespoons of buffalo sauce. You can also use hot sauce or Sriracha sauce. Spread the chicken evenly over your flatbread.
Sprinkle seasoning over the top then crumble feta or blue cheese, or whatever cheese you like, over the top.
Heat in a toaster oven until heated through and the cheese has melted.
Garnish with a squeeze of Ranch dressing and a sprinkle of sliced green onions.
