Broccoli Blueberry Salad with Poppyseed Dressing
This salad is light and refreshing yet filling and satisfying. Most important it's easy to make, uses mostly everyday ingredients, and takes minimal time.

Dressing

Instructions
If you're making the salad dressing, stir all the ingredients together and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
For the salad, wash the fruit and cut the broccoli and apple. Place them in a bowl and stir in the dressing.
Serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay good in the fridge for 3 days.
