Balsamic Strawberry Flatbread

goat cheese
or feta cheese, crumbled

sunflower seeds
or walnuts or almonds

balsamic reduction
mint
or basil leaves to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the Greek yogurt and fig jam over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edge.
Sprinkle the sliced strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, and sunflower seeds over the top.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is a nice golden brown.
Sprinkle the flatbread with the basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
