frozen , berries, raspberries, cherries

or any milk of your choice
unflavored protein powder

Toppings:

strawberries

Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen mixed red fruits, and milk. (and protein powder if adding it)
1 cup dragon fruit cubes,
1 cup mixed red fruits,
1 medium banana,
1 cup soy milk,
unflavored protein powder
Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more soy milk. If it is too runny, then add some ice cubes.
Start washing peeling and slicing your toppings. Peel and slice the kiwi, remove the crown of the strawberry and slice, peel and slice the banana.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and start layering your toppings.
3-4 medium strawberries,
¼ cup blackberries,
1 medium banana,
¼ cup blueberries,
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
