Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Add the garlic and peppers and saute until aromatic, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
Add the shrimp and season with a pinch of salt and paprika. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp iare cooked through. Do not overcook.
Divide equally between 2 to 4 plates. Garnish with sesame seeds and green pepper. Can serve alone or over rice, quinoa, grits, pasta, or salad.
