Instructions
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken, jerk seasoning, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).

Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Set aside to rest.

Prepare the Mango Tomato Salsa
In a small bowl, combine diced mango, tomato, red onion, chili (if using), lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and chill until ready to serve.

Assemble the Wraps
Warm tortillas slightly. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or yogurt, add lettuce, then spoon over jerk chicken and top with the fresh mango tomato salsa.
