No Bake Peanut Butter Pretzels

light corn syrup

butter

peanut butter

mini pretzels
broken

dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or waxed paper.
Bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
½ cup white sugar,
½ cup light corn syrup
Stir in butter and peanut butter until thoroughly combined. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
2 tablespoons butter,
½ cup peanut butter
Place pretzels and peanuts in a large bowl. Pour the peanut butter mixture over top and mix until the pretzels and peanuts are well coated.
3 cups mini pretzels,
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
Drop 1-tablespoon scoops of the mixture onto your prepared sheet pan. Flatten slightly if desired, then allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
