Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Boil diced potatoes in salted water for about 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain.

Cook Onions. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions, sauté for 5–6 minutes until soft and golden.
