dark chocolate
65% or higher cacao
assorted Sunsweet dried fruits
Instructions
Place a large piece of parchment or waxed paper on a flat surface
Chop the chocolate and microwave it in 30-second increments.
Stir each time (it should only take 1 to 2 minutes. Watch carefully and do not scorch)
When chocolate is melted and smooth, use a tablespoon to drop rounds of chocolate onto the waxed paper.
Immediately top with Sunsweet dried fruit.
Allow to dry completely, this may take up to an hour depending on how thick the chocolate is.
Store in an airtight container
