Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate 65% or higher cacao
  • assorted Sunsweet dried fruits

Instructions

  • Place a large piece of parchment or waxed paper on a flat surface
  • Chop the chocolate and microwave it in 30-second increments.
  • Stir each time (it should only take 1 to 2 minutes. Watch carefully and do not scorch)
  • When chocolate is melted and smooth, use a tablespoon to drop rounds of chocolate onto the waxed paper.
  • Immediately top with Sunsweet dried fruit.
  • Allow to dry completely, this may take up to an hour depending on how thick the chocolate is.
  • Store in an airtight container
