agave nectar
or 1 pack Nectresse
Optional - 1 scoop vanilla or cake batter flavor protein powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Process. Add more milk if you like it thinner or less if you want it thicker.
Pour in a glass and enjoy!
