Cover pasta in water, add 1 T salt, and cook according to package instructions. Meanwhile, melt 1 T butter in a large saute' pan. When butter is melted add 1 T flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and muenster cheese. Stir until melted. Add 1/2 tsp salt, dry mustard and pepper. Drain pasta and add to cheese sauce. Stir until well combined. Sprinkle paprika on top. Enjoy!!
In the top photo I combine 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs, a pinch or salt and a pinch of pepper with 1 T vegetable. I sprinkled this mixture on top of the pasta and baked.
