3ouncesbaconcooked crisp and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
8ouncespork sausagecooked and crumbled
5eggsroom temperature and lightly beaten
2cupsshredded cheese
3green onionsgreen parts only, thinly sliced
1fresh jalapenoseeded and diced
4ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
2Tablespoonssour cream
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
1dash hot sauceoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prick center of crust with a fork then bake it for 9 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool for 5 minutes while you cook sausage and bacon.
Meanwhile, cook bacon and sausage; drain off excess fat.
Whisk cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, salt, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth.
Sprinkle bacon, sausage, cheese, jalapeno, and green onions evenly in bottom of pie crust.
Carefully, pour egg mixture on top of crust. Bake 20 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
