This Teriyaki fried rice is easy to make with leftover cooked rice and any vegetables you have in hand. Juicy ground beef, fluffy eggs and a homemade teriyaki sauce.
Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Sear beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned. About 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil in the skillet. Turn to medium heat. Saute veggies until tender. About 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside with the beef.
Add ½ tablespoon of oil in the skillet and scrambled eggs into tiny pieces.
Teriyaki sauce: Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
In a large bowl or directly in the skillet, combine rice, veggies, beef and sauce. Stir fry in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
