Halve the chicken breast lengthwise and season each side with garlic powder. Transfer to a bowl and marinate with teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes to 4 hours.
Preheat your grill or grill pan. Grill the chicken breast on each side. It will take about 6-8 minutes for each side on the grill. Cook until internal temperature reaches 155℉ (It will rise to 165℉ while resting.)
Grilled Pineapple:
Brush pineapple with honey and place on the grill next to the chicken. Grill until tender.
Salad:
Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onion to a large plate. Top with chicken and pineapple. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle olive oil on top. Garnish with parsley and serve.
