Shrimp and Chorizo Quesadilla

  • 1 lb chorizo sausage
  • 1/2 lb shrimp shelled
  • 1 c cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c salsa
  • 6 flour tortillas


  • Cook sausage and shrimp. Heat griddle to med-hi. Layer chorizo, shrimp, cheese, and 1 T salsa in flour tortilla. Cook until golden brown. Serve with Fish Taco Sauce and salsa.
